Richard Edward Phillips is almost 30,000 behind in child support. He makes no attempt to contact his son. He hasnt had any contact since he was 10 months old and he is now 7!! Child support people claim they cant find him. I hired private detectives and they found him, garnished his check and then he quit. They never found him again!
