My ex-husband James Matthew Hollis has not been paying his child-support. He stays on the run with his wife Theresa L. Hollis (Kuismier), because he's afraid of getting arrested because he owes so much child support.
James has not seen our 2 children since 1994 and has only talked to them twice in 13 years for less than 2 minutes each. They are 18 and 19 yrs. Old now.
About 3 yrs ago, I found out James and Theresa have also been using my sons' identity. I have reported it but nothing has been done about it. It's close to $20,000.00 of debt.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
