Sent an email say won 1,000, 000,00 and another 300.00 they WONT PAY this is a lie!

I was sent an email about free lotto and that it was ment to be free but its not then i also recived another saying that i had won 100,000, 00 and another 300,00 and when i tried to claim it i had to give them my credit card details but i dont have a credit card so i sent them an email giving them the Id number and the pin I WAS GIVEN, i recived an email saying that the claim was denied... UNFAIR!!! I want to let everyone know that it is a lie all of it and if i cant get what they said was my winnings then i suppose no one else can...
