They knowingly violated the overtime laws, I think that doubles the amount awarded. That is why they are trying not to get caught with the fact they knew they were breaking the law.
They violated our rights when they sent a spy to the initial meeting. On top of that that spy had a secret videocam.
They sent a fedex (or ups) package to our houses asking us to drop out of the suit. My understanding is that was a major NO-NO.
