Ab Energizer
Ripoff

On November 18, I ordered the Ab Energizer using my American Express card. It was not delivered until December 12. I was not satisfied with the product and decided to return it. I sent it certified mail with a return receipt requested on January 7. I have a copy of the certified mail receipt with a signature confirming the delivery.

My American Express account should have been credited for the full amount of $72.90 and never was.
