Cigarrest
Stole my money! And they won't give it back!

I fell for a free trial of Cigarrest programe "just pay shipping and handling $6.95". Three months later I find a charge on my bank account of $115.54 and 29.95 shipping and handling.
I never ordered or authorized this charge and never received any product either.
I have called several times and when I do reach a human, they say they are still investigating this.
They won't refund my money untill they're done.
Everyone I talk to gives me a different story about what's happening with my refund.
