What a horrendous expirience that was. A teenage girl was serving two people when I got there. This is the Cold Stone Creamery in King's Plaza in Bedminster, N.J. I wanted to order an ice cream cake for two days forward. I waited until the girl finished with the customers before me. Another teenage boy was standing beyond the opening to the back room of the store looking on, but not helping.By now, three other groups of people, totaling about eight, were also waiting. When the girl finally finished with her customer, she walked away to the back room, when she came back out, she started to tend to the people nearest the back room. At this point I lost my good predisposition. I waved her over at the same time that the other people pointed to me. I stated in a controlled voice what I wanted. She was attentive but did not know if she could make the cake the way I wanted it, she did not know if she would have the proper ingredients and she did not know if it could be made for two days ahead. (all this time the boy by the back room is sporting a magnificent style in ignoring every one). The girl telling me how she is not sure of anything, comes alive, gets excited with friends coming in the store, ignores me completely and starts an animated conversation with her friends. I ask her if there is a manager - response - Huh? - Ah - I'm sorry? Well you get the picture. These two imbecils are working for a much bigger idiot who God knows how they got a franchise out of this corp. I hope that this review gets to the careless, insensitive idiot that owns this store in Bedminster N.J. I hope that the executives at the Cold Stone Creamery read this review and do some thing about it, but most of all, I hope that a lot of potential customers read it and demand decent service where we spend our money and lastly I hope those two stupid teenagers get fired so they have more time to spend staring into space and being with their frends.
