I was injured while working for prologistix. I received no trainning for the equipment I was using. After I was hurt they sent me to a company doctor. The doc said take it easy here is some tylenol. He didnt believe I was hurt. I then went directly to the E.R. And they said I had a cracked rib and gave me something better than tylenol. They also said to rest and take it easy for a few weeks. A few days went by and the manager of prologistix contacted me. She was mad I went to the E.R. And wanted to know why I havent been to work. Should I sue them? Do I have a case?
