On October 23, I responded to an online offer from top consumer rewards (or brandarama) to receive a $250 nike id giftcard. I accepted the offers they required by enrolling with Blockbuster, Netflix, BMG, Seattlecoffeedirect, & Yourmusic.
I was promised I would receive the giftcard within 6 weeks after the companies listed notified topconsumerrewards of my enrollment. After 2 months, I called to inquire about my giftcard & was told I still didn't qualify. I said there must be a mistake, I did everything I was supposed to. The customer service told me that my enrollments had been misapplied to another giftcard (macy's) & a manager would correct the problem promptly. A few more weeks went by.
I called again & was advised that I would have accept additional offers to receive my giftcard. I was frustrated at this point & stated that I had already done my part & wanted what was promised. Another rep told me to be patient, that my giftcard would probably be mailed shortly. Recently, I called again. This time a rep from a different company told I had the wrong number.
Please don't get taken like I did. After spending over $200 for a giftcard worth $250, I didn't receive anything.
