Took money out of my account and never sent me anything even after i cancelled nationwide

Called number in paper signed up for 30 day trial and only agreed to 1.95 for shipping and then month later never recieved anything called and cancelled and still got charged 35.00 a month and even after calling and cancelling again still got charged 35.00 again.
