Ripoff promised credit card with limit of $2000 and didno receive it. Consumer rip-off fraud

These people called me with a offer for a credit card with a $ dollar limit, for the sum of $199.00, on May 3. Igave it to them on that date. Have made about 40 calles from florida to them, and only get promises. WOULD LIKE MY MONEY BACK.
