Mr. Eric D. Parlin, age 29, from Portsmouth, Ohio owes his x-wife, Vanessa unpaid child support. $10,235.00 worth, to be exact. We have 3 small children together. They are only 7,8 and 10 yrs. Old.
Me and my children live way below poverty level, having to get a medical card for their doctors check-ups, while thier father, who refuses to pay the support makes upwards of $60K a year, working as a contractor through Verizon, as an Electronics Engineer.
I have a case with the Scioto County Child Support Enforcement Agency, caseworker being Mrs. Alicia Phillips. And, nothing is being done. Nothing is ever enforced.
What little information i have about Eric's job, i have passed on to my CSEA caseworker, and to to avail, nothing STILL has yet to be done.
It is absolutley ridiculous that my children suffer in life while thier father, who has the means, refuses to do what is right for them.
Whats worse is, he is not an absent father. He constantly sees them, constantly causing problems with his 'complaints' on the poverty that the children are reduced to, yet he refuses to pay the support, which would greatly improve my childrens lives on a daily basis.
I am sick of seeing my kids hearts broken. Wanting something as simple as a toy, but many times it cannot be afforded because all the income i have goes to bills. Its not right to make his own kids go without.
The CSEA aren't doing their job, and allowing Eric Parlin is getting away with this.
