I loaned some money to my son and he invested money with a company called Eyecon Enterprises. My son was given some paperwork by a man from Waterloo, Iowa named Charles Riehle in 2003 saying that the money would be paid back when the company started making money from DARE America. The latest news that I have heard is that Charles Riehle and Derrick Holmes are under investigation along with their company Eyecon Enterprises, a Colorado company for securities fraud. These two men used my son's investment to pay back other investors which is very illegal. My son says that Charles and Derrick are now involved with a company called Banneker Watches and I have been to their website www.bannekerwatches.com. If these men have money why are they not paying me and my son their money back? I would advise anyone involved with these two men to be aware of their past. They keep on telling my son, along with other investors that money is coming but they have been saying that for 4 years now!
