Fidelity Credit called me and told me I was approved for a credit card at 9.9%. There was an up front $129 processing fee that needed to be electronically transfered from my account that same day. They said there were no additional fees for the card, and I would receive it within 7-10 days. A few weeks later I received a large envelope with a magazine listing banks that offer cards at high rates and outragous set up fees. Some $100, some $200, some $300, some $400. I was furious and called the company, left a message on their machine. They called me back and left a message for me to look at the back page of the magazine and call the bank for a card... I am still furious... I want my money back... I was deceived!!!
