Charged me for the purchase or a pre-debit card, that I did not apply for or authorize Ripoff Internet

This company charged me $159.95 for a pre-paid debit card I did not apply for or authorize, I tried calling them but kept being placed on hold, I tried faxing them, but their fax did not work.

Can someone please help!
