1. Sewer drain pipe under slab has multiple belly's holding large amounts of water in line such that when toilets are flushed the water backs up. This was verified by K.S. Persyn running a video optic camera down house sewer line access and witnessed by me.
2. Complete air conditioning/heater ducting system was not installed properly creating hot spot in home. Three air conditioning/heating system companies verified this condition and all three stated the ducting system has to be taken out, redesigned and installed properly. They all indicated that this system was improperly designed and installed. Two of the contractors indicated that the whole system was done unprofessionally.
3. Roof leaks during rain periods in garage area damaging sheet rock and painted areas. This was previously identified to Texas Home Builders and repaired by them but we did not get any significant rain until last month which indicates that the roof was not fixed properly. Roof is leaking again.
4. Three switches in home are not connected to anything.in dinning room, living room and master bedroom.
5. Star Electric company inspection of electrical wiring system, indicated that meter loop feeder wiring was not installed to National Electric Code.
6. State Farm's insurance adjuster pointed out, that front entryway slab is not completed properly having exposed rebar and insufficient concrete to support brick faade on support post.
7. Cracks noted on brick mortar at front and rear entry doors.
8. Water line for water fountain needs to be installed as previously agreed to.
