Watch out! Consumer Resource Network is an intentional rip-off of your $58.95 for their foreclosure database service. If you purchase it you cannot cancel for any reason before 90 days (they say). I made a call the next business day demanding cancellation and refund but they would not refund my purchase price!
This is an intentional ripoff program. If it wasn't they would let you cancel your order immediately. While Consumer Resource network may clame to state their policy it is unclear in their conversation when you speak to them. They claim ANY indication to the positive including "uh-huh" or "ok" to let them keep talking to you is a committment to purchase.
They promote three other programs with "trial memberships" so to speak. What the don't tell you is that they being charging you for those programs the next day BEFORE you have any opportunity to evaluate their material or those programs.
These people are tricksters of the worst kind and will not provide any refund. They only repeat their so-called policy.
