Have had numerous instances where this particular individual, a Landlord/Manager of numerous properties in the Metropolitan San Diego area has renigged on "Her Word".
do not trust anything that she says.
Get everything "in writing"... No exceptions.
She will tell you one thing— and then will immediately Renig... On anything that she has told you previously.
She is actively "Posing" as an Animal Advocate that is helping with the Baja Animal Group. When it comes right down to it... She is "Just in IT... For the money". Could really "care less" about making sure that a dog has a quality home.
Be very careful when dealing with her.
She looks "slick"— wears the right clothing; drives only Mercedes; just remodeled her kitchen with the finest appliances and decor; has a yard that would rival italy;... But becomes very unscrupulous when "Her WORD" is involved with anything.
Have been throuroughly disgusted with her...
As well as numerous other Landlords in the San Diego area.
