This Company is a FRAUD! They Lie to you & sweet talk you!
I received 3 phone calls from them and 1 voicemail with a promising message. I was excited that this may be a way for me to sell my Truck. So I called them back and left a message.
Later that night I recieved a phone call from Jason Arthur who sweet talked me & said that my truck would be the first site if you do a search on it.
He asked me about the features my truck had. Then after he got all the details on my truck, he said "So do you have Visa, Master card, Discover... Etc? I said Visa. He said "So the first number on your card is 4..." Whats the rest? They are very TRICKY! Didn't even ask me if I wanted to purchase his offer. Just eased his way through to get my business. I didn't even have time to think it through.
Don't fall for their trap!
He said he needed a Vin # but I didn't have it so he said I had to e-mail it to him immeadiately!
After I hung up I felt sick that I was about to loose almost $500! I called the company back & asked for Jason Arthur but the customer service wouldn't let me talk to him & i had to talk to them. I told them I didn't want to do this anymore & wanted to cancel what he was doing. The customer service said "Were Sorry we don't give refunds!"
I was ANGRY & hung up and called my credit card and cancelled it! I told my credit card provider that I was being charged $448 to my credit card against my will. They willingly canceled my credit card so that purchase wouldn't go through & gave me a new credit card number.
After I hung up on customer service & canceled my credit card, Jason Arthur called me 8 TIMES! I ignored all his calls & he left 2 rude voicemails! The next day he called my cell phone 3 times and my home phone 2 times.
The first call to my home my sister answered and she told me I had a call. I said hello & the man on the other end said " Hi Laura this is Jason" I hung up. He called back again. This time my sister was on fire & answered. She told him off & told him to Never call again because they were a scam & I was done. I haven't recieved any calls since but I'll ignore them all. I may even have my cell phone provider block their phone number.
I'll be forever thankful that I canceled my credit card!!!
DON'T let this happen to you! Their Crafty Liers! They'll leave you empty handed if you let them!
