Ripoffthey ripped me off saying i won a million dollars i payed 9.99 to find out nothing. They told me nothing

Freelotto.com sent me numerous emails stating that i have won a million dollars. So i logged on to there web site and it told me that i had to pay 9.99 cents to gat the results and yes i gave them credit card number they told me nothing i was ripped off.
