We were contacted by Amanda at Copeland just a few days after my husband completed an on-line survey in which he indicated that we would be interested in selling a time-share. She was, as others have written very persuasive, but she gave me a selling price that was so high for the area that it set off alarm bells.
The timeshares in my location have had problems selling for 1/4th the price she named. When she told me that I would only have to pay $799 up front, I put her off for a few days. She agreed to call back and my husband and I headed for our computers to gather information.
I am very grateful to the people who had bad experiences with this company for sharing them. I hope they get succeed in getting their investments back.
