Please beware. I answered an ad in the paper that said DVA Inc was hiring for adminstration jobs starting at $40,000/ year, said apply if you were young minded and willing to have fun at work. They scheduled you for an interview the same day very quick they do not ask for references or a resume. Stacey is the interviewer and she schedules you for another interview to meet the President.

The next day there were 20-30 people in a meeting room with folding chairs. Then they prep you for the boss to come in and tell you to take good notes, smile, and be attentive because that is how the boss would choose who she wanted to work for her.

The president Hester Hernandez comes in and begins her sales pitch she lets you know that she did not want resumes because people lie on them that she did not care about a criminal past because everyone deserves a chance. She then tells the story of how she went to college and graduated twice as a respitory therapist and a computer technician but she was always broke.

She says that Steve Tejeda gave her the opportunity to get this job and now she makes $300,000 a year. I remained skeptical because they never went into what exactly the position involved. After an hour and a half she chose her people she wanted to return to the office for training on Monday and she let everyone know that you would not be put on payroll until after training so you would be paid in cash weekly for training. I was one of the chosen.

However they just did not give me enough info so I searched for the company and could not find them which was strange because according to Hester the had over 900 offices world wide. Then I googled Larry Hahn and it led me here and I am so relieved that I had enough sense to check this company out.

BEWARE they change the company name as they change cities. I am elated that I looked them up before going too far. They will try to work on by having the radio loud in the office, making it seem fun, they will make jokes that would not be allowed in a professional work environment and Hester continues to make people who may be skeptical feel like they are just scared of a challenge.

When in reality you need to be scared of a scam that you will regret later. Stay away from this company and do not go back for training!!!
