Josephine Morris intentional, put never married on Alonzo D. Morris, death certificate to collect monies from the insurance company the insurance company was paying monies to Alonzo Morris at 400 dollards a month for disabilit settlement award for house payment of (ROR REDACTED ADDRESS FOR SECURITY PURPOSES) for the rest of his life. Requesting invstigation for prosecution Josepine Morris Case No NC035571 consolidated with case No: NC035830 Wrongful dominion and control of remains of a deceased. Plaintiff is the decendent's surviing spouse, Defendant Josephine Morris is decendent's surviving mother. The mother as infomat on the death certificate she represented to authotries decendent had never been married, although she knew full well decendent had never been married to Plaintiff for over 26 yers. Because of this Plaintiff was denied a viewing of their remains which were then taken out of state by the mother. And put on the death certificate never married. Luvenia Morris was married to Alonzo Morris for over 26 years.
