Ripoff sending incorrect magazine asked for a change and it hasn't happened want to cancel it all

A young, pregant girl convinced me of her opportunity of going on an educational trip; she claimed to be a neighbors daughter.

I purchased 1 magazine (Glamour) and have now received 2 Keyboard magazines. This is obviously the incorrect order. I have attempted to follow the integritysale website procedures to have it changed, but to no avail.By now, I realize the company is a ripoff and want to cancel everything, getting my money back asap.
