Deceptive ripoff of dozens of young adults looking for a "Management" Position

I am a student looking for summer work. So I looked in the Post news classifieds and found an ad looking for administrative assistants. No experience needed, will train, etc. So I called and set up an interview

1st interview - Walked in the office in Lakewood. Everyone was standing around waiting to greet all of the interviewees, it didnt look like any other work was being done at all. I was led to a room with 10 or so chairs to fill out an aquaintance sheet (they didnt ask for a resume) In the room, they were playing loud rap music. This was one of my first clues this place was BS
Then they took us one by one into an office for an interview. The woman that interviewed me told me that i would be working in an office dealing with distributors and hiring and firing at a later date. Then she asked me three attributes about myself. I got asked for a second interview two days later. When I left and went into the reception area, everyone was standing around waiting to congratulate me. I got their business card, which included no email address, web address, or clue as to what the hell the business was about.

2nd interview - Walked in and asked to sign in. Again everyone was standing around. I dont even remember if they had a computer or anything on the desk. Led to a classroom in the back where I sat with 15 or so other people and listened to a "branch manager" tell off color jokes, many about drinking and black people. When the manager Zack Dunn came in, he told us all that we had beat out 230 some odd people to come to the second interview. Hmmm... He told us they were the number one distributer of rendition and high class perfumes in the nation and were doing a 10 million dollar expansion in the denver are alone (and WHY was there no email address or website for this multimillion dollar company). Then he had a girl read the ingredients off of a box of knock off perfume, stressing that it contained butane, and that high end fragrances did not. He told us training would last 10-13 weeks and that after that we would earn $30000-40000 a year with all these wonderful benefits and that we would get two paid vacations per year. He listed off locations for the "all inclusive" vacations such as Cabo, Dallas, Hong Kong, etc. Etc. Then he told us we would make between 200-400 week in training. He mentioned NOTHING of a hourly salary and avoided the word COMISSION. (Oh and at the beginning of the interview he said we would NOT BE SALESPEOPLE). Then he left and the other guy came back for another 15 minutes of off color jokes with rap music playing on the speakers. We were told we would be split into teams for interviews. I went in with two other girls. Most of the time the interviewer was BSing with us about our weekend plans and the weather. She did not even have our resumes with her nor did she ask about our experience. She told us not everyone was hired but we both were (I dont know if the fact some were denied is truthful or not) We were told to report back on monday.

As I got home, I wanted to see if anything about the company or the manager Zach Dunn was on the internet. And the ONLY thing I found led me to this site. I also searched with the Better Business Bureau to find registration. Of course, nothing. Called later to ask the woman who interviewed me about tax information (w2,1099, dependant allowances, etc.) she put me on hold. Then I asked her about salary/hourly wages and it finally came out that training was 100% COMMISSION selling crappy perfume God knows where. Im not going on monday. Im glad I saw this site before I got sucked in more. Id rather be unemployed for a little while longer than risk being involved in this scam. I have to support my family and myself. The fact that I was blinded by their promises of good money for the first two interviews is embarassing enough. Capital management is a scam!!! Dont do it
