I bought the Ab Energizer in (Modell's) at the Palisades Mall in New York State. There was re-order form to join "The Silver Club Membership" to purchase merchandise at a Club savings. I sent in my money order on March 7th, but never received the merchandise.
I am now having the Post office check to see if my money order was cleared. I have made a dozen phone calls to these phone numbers (858-277-0466,877-383-2533 & 818-902-4109) an automated answering machine answers; stating this is "Customer Service" all lines are busy due to high volume and then I get disconnected.
Needless to say I am very upset.
