I saw their advertisement on TV and was impressed, so i went to my computer and went on line (power storm vaccun) and ordered one rather than call the phone number on TV
A few days later i had not been contacted in any way by them, so i started looking around the net and found the bad news on the RIP OFF Web, in the mean time i had called their corporate office (212-575-0500), the phone was answered my some woman and identified as their corporate office, so i explained my situtation, this was on Friday the 28th of April, i was told somebody would contact me first thing on Monday morning May 1st (nobody called) (no! Really), in the meantime i also sent them an email on 5/1/06 complaining... I did receive a email response back telling me a customer care service representative would "personally" respond to my e-mail within the next 24 hours, in otherwords i got an email response from my email telling me i would get "another" e-mail from somebody else, which would provide me with the level of service i could expect from the IGIA Brand... (that was on May 1st) and here it is May 6th and still nothing, i called my credit card company to see if they had had charged my credit card yet and (you guessed it) they had, so now my card had been hit with my order amount of $143.14, looks like i'm out my $143.14 PLUS my Vacumm, could this not only be a Rip Off but also fraud! Along with possibly other names that mean the same thing
