Special alert for forcing a refund out of these thieves!
I used the Arizona State Attorney General's Office to force a refund of $4,416.60 US funds from Ontario Canada!!!
All Credit Card companies refused to assist me because I failed to return materials in a way by which I had not received guaranteed and signed proof in my possession that it had been received by The Greatest Vitamin... (which they set me up for).
Special request:
All those who have complaints against The Greatest Vitamin in the World contact the Arizona State Attorney General's Office and file a Consumer Fraud Complaint against The Greatest Vitamin In The World.
Yes they are committing fraud!
These are in general how they are committing fraud:
1) They are not honoring the unconditional refund request as stated in their TV infomercials.
2) They have made a false claim as to being endorsed by The New England Journal of Medicine.
3) Some of the product claims are false.
4) Their guaranteed traffic is one of the worst performers on the entire internet.
5) Their TV informercials conversion rate offered to us is as bad as their as their internet guaranteed traffic scam.
The only person (outside of a seasoned internet and marketing Pro that will make any profit on this program is Don Lepre and the Vitamin supplier selling a product that is overpriced and overrated!
My research has indicated that the "normal"legal process has failed most who have tried!
A "normal" class action suit will prove to be ineffective because of the pyramidal LLC structure of"The Greatest Vitamin in the World"... Translated into the practical that means one or a group would have to sue the multiple small LLC's (most of which are of little or of insignificant monetary value) which you perceive to be "The Greatest Vitamin.." so called company.
Be aware the most likley way to get your money is by filing a
Complaint with "the arizona state attorney general's office!
I received my refund in 3 days after The Greatest Vitamin received The Attorney General's follow up on my behalf, as to the status of my refund... And remember I'm in Canada! I had been unable to get any formal response for the previous 6 weeks.
Also be aware that the Attorney General's Office has advised me that they are now monitoring The Greatest Vitamin.
I strongly urge any of you still having any unresolved complaints to file a Consumer Fraud Report with The Arizona State Attorney General's Office... They have fined Mr. Lepre in the past for some $900,000. 00 plus for his 1999 Chapter 7 filing.
My action and success if duplicated enough could open the door for proceedings by The Attorney General which could succeed where all other avenues have failed for the most part. And you stand a very good chance of getting a full refund.
Do your part one complaint at a time... Your extra effort can help protect others and redeem your money from these theives who believe they have slipped through the cracks.
