Dwayne Smalls aka Starshawn is a dead beat. He is denying the child, so in order to prove that she is his I have asked him for a DNA test. He has refused. I called his mom Ms Anna "The B! Tch" Smalls, to try and talk to her, because I was hoping she would understand from a female point of view. Before I could even get the words out, she kept cutting me off.
I called her house with the utmost respect until she did that. She said "Dwayne is a grown man, I'm not dealing with him" Yea, he's a grown man, but he lives with HER and smokes weed in her house.
I seen him while I was pregnant but he was with a female and I did not want to get into a fight and hurt my baby.
I have school and work so I have not been able to file child support or petition the court for a DNA test.
I had even asked if his MOM would take a granparent DNA test. NO RESPONSE.
Can anyone help?
