I was listening to the radio and for days The ad went something like this: Hi! Joe you don't know how to start a business, you don't know anything about a business. You need to buy Mr Berman book. About that time Mr Berman starts talk and said he would give you his book and a free cd worth hundreds of dollars... Just go to something like 3bruceberman.com and order his book. I did that... I had to pay 3.95 for shipping... It did not say anything about $99.90... I received a package with the book and the cd plus 8 more cd... Asking for 99.90... If I was not happy with it I could send the cd's back in 30 days. My credit card was billed before 30 days. I call therm up and said I did not order the 8 cd's just the free book... They said on the web site it said I would be charge 99.90... That is what the web site says. But the web site they sent me to first did not saying anything about 99.90... Any way I said I was not going to pay the 99.90... I would take them to small claim court if I had to... The guy I was talking to, I said there is a mail order law I would sent him... That the 30 days don't start until I get the product not the day I order it. He said he would give me $50.00 and I could keep the cd's and he would close my account and not send me anything else. But first he had to talk to billing. When he came back he said they would give me a credit of 75.00 and I would not need to sent anything back... He ask me if I was happy with that... I said I guess so. NOw I am waiting to see if they do what they say they will do. If not I will be calling back!!!
