Ight now, there is an open Child protection case in which this false police report is being used as leverage against myself and my husband, Michael Cox. Our 3 children are currently in foster care because of this report. There are several lies and twisted truth in this. One of the things that they are using against us is previous CPS referrals that have been unsubstantiated and false. The police report that this detective has filed is a complete lie. She twisted what my daughter told me into something that is completely unfounded so now we have to cooperate with them and CPS to get our kids out of the system instead of being arrested on these false allegations.
