This place contacted me to help with money I owed to an old rental development. They made me pay a fee for the services and then pay them a lesser amount as a settlement. Then the rental development contacted my employer to garnish my wages.
When I contact the rental office they said they do not use this company because they have found them to be ripp-off company. Now I have paid my dept, a fee and still owe the entire amount to the rental office. The mediation company will not contact me.
I have left several messages on a voice mail and faxed them repeatedly. They just send my fax back to with no writing as to say they got it and they do not care. I am a single mother doing my best and I can not believe this has happened.
