Ripoff, fraudulent billing, misleading information, intimidation attept

I will make this short and sweet.
I was relocated from one state to another and was forced to break my lease at the rental property where I lived.

I clearly understand that when I broke my lease I owed a balance to the management company that I rented from.
However, the firm I went to work from assured me they would include that in my relocation negotiation. That is neither here nor there now.

Stuart Allan never sent a warning letter (not one that I received) or any communication that described to me that they had taken over the account after about 4 months. Once I found out that my company had not made a payment on the past due amount, I called the rental company directly and was never given any information that explained that they no longer were going to deal with it and have sold the account to Stuart Allan.

I only had 1 month left on my lease in the amount of 1,200.00 which I thought would be covered by the security payment in the same amount. I receive 3 different entries on my credit report in the amount of over $5,000.00 by Stuart Allan (After no letters or communication what so ever!) I have disputed the largest of the amounts.

I have contacted S.A. And spoken to them on several occasions mostly to the same collection department employee "Pat Collins", who has tried to threaten me by saying they will garnish my check and contact my employer. Threat after threat has been attempted and I have had enough. I know my rights and will file complaints with every agency nessasary to get my bill reduced down to a fair and accurate amount.

After I have requested an itemized break down of the $5,000.00 amount they say that I owe, I have received nothing more than a few poorly drafted documents that simply state that I owe $5,000.00 and how much of that amount is tax and interest! I want to see where the rental company and Stuart Allan have the justification to charge what they are charging, i.E. Damage to the propoerty (no damage to the property-I have submitted pictures) etc. I won't simply pay any amount that they pull out of the air.

I never asked them to take this case on.
