On march 7 I bought two airline tickets for american airlines. My computer froze so I tried it again later. Immediately after finding their mistake I called an 800 #. I was put on hold for 50min. The first tim later I called again and was put on hold for 45 min, when someone finally answered she did not speak English and had trouble trying to explain in simple words "tough luck" it's your fault we can't return your money. It is my first and last time doing business with CHEAPTICKETS.com! No wonder they are called CHEAP!
