In Belle Ridge Missouri (North St Louis County the police
stand by traffic signals and when a car appraches the
light they switch to red quickly and then catch drivers
unable to stop in time. So they get a ticket... One such
act cost someone their life when they stopped abrubtly
and a person ran into the back of them.
