Ipoff, signed in 03 for $399.00 to sell or rent timeshare. No contact, never return calls

We contracted 5-21-03 to sell or rent our two bedroom timeshare in Kona Coast, HI. We paid them $399.00 and they never called us with an offer. Everytime we would call they would tell us they were having a big show that weekend. They never returned our phone calls or answered our e-mails. I have filed a complaint with the Attorney Generals Office. I will file one with the Real Estate Commission also.

This company is a fraud and should be put out of business and the money returned.
