On June 20, I wrote a check for $13.90 for a Super Mini Hearing Aid paid to the order of J.D. Marvel Products. The check was cashed within 7 days. I received a letter dated Sept. 6 stating that the delivery would now be extended to 4-6 weeks in addition to the time I had already been waiting since June. It is now January 14 and I still have not received my order. I have called the company on several occassions, but no one answers at the number listed on the letter.
I will be calling the Better Business Bureau. This is incredibly bad business practice to have an order waiting for 7 months, but the check was cashed in only 7 days on the receipt of my order. Please be leary of this company!
