I was sold a blind puppy with a heart murmur. Despite the fact that Rush Kennels kept telling us that our puppy was not blind and that his breed develops alot slower and that he is only clumpsy. I kept believing them because I trusted the kennel.
I thought he was blind from the first day we picked him up, and I'm not an expert and when I called the kennel they kept reassuring me that he was fine, and I emailed them and told them again, I thought he was blind, and she reassured me once again that everything was fine and that our puppy was not blind. She had healthy puppies. She NEVER had any complaints about eyes, she never did mention his heart problem, but said that Rush kennel was problem free.
My husband and I are heartbroken and sad for our puppy. He is an adorable, happy, loving puppy and never deserved this. Having a son with seizures and feeling helpless as a parent. We now feel the same with our pup; so helpless.
It's so upsetting to know that this breeder breeds 6 different breeds. I wonder how many others have health problems. How can one keep selling unhealthy pups and charging buyers alot of money for sick puppies and get away with it. It's just unfair how she can take our money and than deny that the puppy has a problem and say she is not responsible.
I was going to rescue a puppy, but looking for one on the web site, they were all in need of medication and I couldn't afford to go to vet and pay for meds all the time and I just couldn't have a disabled pup; having a diabled son is heartbreaking enough. Now that we have our pup and he has some problems. We will deal with it and love him. I just don't want this to happen to anyone else and I want others to know about this Kennel. It's not fair to the puppies being born and to the buyers being lied too.
The Kennel said that they stand by their contract and there was nothing else they can do and wished me luck with my pup. Uncaring, so uncaring.
