ALICE GUINN, in MY OPINION is certifiably crazy! She is my Mother's sister, but they were as different as night and day. My Mom was a sweet, loving, TRUSTING woman, married to a sorry B*D. He could not keep his hands to himself. My mother contracted herpes & syphillis... From a TOILET SEAT??? Yeah, right. Alice has told people my mother got the diseases from my father. That would be over 35 years ago. My Dad died 26 years ago.
My Mother and her husband were married 31 years.in 1990, they went to an attorney and made their wills. My mom died october 7th. 2005. She had a heart attack, had surgery and died of complications. I was CLOSE to my Mom, and I am heartbroken. She was a YOUNG 84 years old. (Still did all of her own house work, cooking, canning, etc.) She was a very PROUD and PRIVATE woman who NEVER "aired her dirty laundry" to anyone.
At her funeral, my cousin handed me an envelope and told me my Mom wanted her to give it to me if anything happend to her. I was in such grief I DID NOT OPEN it for 2 weeks.inSIDE there was a NEW WILL leaving the MAJORITY of her portion of the estate to my brother and myself.
MY MOM NAMED ALICE GUINN AS EXECUTOR OF HER ESTATE. Alice refused to carry out my mother's final wishes. Okay, fine. But than she started running her mouth. She has told SOOOO many people it is a FORGED will, someone else POSED as my Mother, I will be going to the FEDERAL PEN, she has spoken with the notary, that she would have my ATTORNEY disbarred. These are malicious LIES! And for no reason! THIS IS REALLY NONE OF HER BUSINESS, except for the FACT that she is helping my Mom's husband. (They went to an attorney TOGETHER and tried to have the FIRST will PROBATED and LIED to the man saying there were NO OTHER WILLS, and she had a COPY that I had given her!) It is JUST my OPINION and that of TWO of her DAUGHTERS THAT SHE IS and HAS BEEN "MORE THAN JUST A SHOULDER TO CRY ON" for the old B*D for a LONG time.
When all is said and done, she will WISH she had NEVER over stepped her boundaries... Legally speaking, of course.in MY OPINION she is a malicious, trouble starting, lying B*H. Beware DALLAS, TX she is supposed to be moving there!
