First National Merchant CC CC ripoff deceiving threatening

I received a credire card from CCA First National, no interest ever, no security payments... Too good to be true? You bet! There's a threatening message somewhere in the letter that if I don'e call within 2 days, they will automatically charge my bank. I'd like to see that happen... I did not ask for the card, and however it is that they claim to have my bank account, I'd like to see them charge anything unauthorized. I would take legal action if necessary. Who do these people think they are???
