My SIL Kelly Poppell is a child abuser! She beat on my niece, told her everyday that she was a loser, tore her things up, and pretty much ruined her own marriage over it. She still swears that it's my 10 yr old niece whom is to blame! She is a rotten person that works as a nurse in most of the hospitals in Baltimore, MD. Watch your kids around this nutcase.
