I would like to report a complaint against Miami County Children's Service Board. They had took advantage of me and my husband claiming that we are unfit parents because of the fact that we came to visit are other children who for their best intrests, because of being homeless we put them in temporary custody of my husbands parents, and I happened to go into labor and gave birth they automatically took her from us and given neither grandparents their rights or us our rights over her.
They originally told us we had an hour once a week to see her, after the document sighned said two hours, then they said family members had first right for temporary custody of her, then they told the family attempting for custody they were unfit, and the only people with the right of getting her was the foster parents, but most people we've talked to said "Family Come First!"
They've told everyone that's contacted them a diffrent story said my sister because she worked she was unfit, told my aunt who is a certified foster/adoptive mom that she was unfit, told everyone that they contacted and asked the family that has temporary custody of the other children that they said they couldn't take her even though they never asked them.
They told people we were neglectful of all the children even though we made sure they were fed bathed and changed, and that they were treated like minituare adults. Whenever we got frustrated we'd give them to someone we knew would treat them carefully and wonderfully to give us a minute of alone time to calm down.
They think I'm a weird mother for reading them highschool level books even though I edited them and explained to them. And also was wierd for reading them Crosswords even though I read the clues and answers which I spelled out them to each of the children, and they loved it.
They claim I beat on them when I only barely tap them to burp them. They have been rude and deceitful and have promised my daughter to complete strangers.
I think Someone needs to go in and re-work Children's Service Boards All over the nation. Because I've seen people beat their kids to almost death in front of children's service workers and all they did was go on about their business, and they want to take them away from those that are trying to get their lives back on the right track and do what is best suited for their children, and treat the parents like complete trash! America stand up for the right crowd and stop the abuse of the system!!
