Robert Boots is the father of three wonderful girls, my concern with him is for our daughter. Robert has neglected his parental responsibilities for eighteen years. After many years and attempts to collect child support, with no luck, I finally found an agency that helped me. They have managed to force Robert to pay child support for the past couple of years. I get mear pennies... But, it is better than what I had been getting from him, NOTHING. I also wrote Robert a lengthy letter telling him all the things our daughter has accomplished in life and gave him photos. I thought this may move him to do the responsible thing. He owes me tens of thousands of dollars, not to mention eighteen years of emotional absence he owes our daughter. Time and again I have tried to get Robert to take responsibility for his daughter, all he does is LIE and avoid communication with me. I am disgusted with the whole mess... Robert, if you read this report I expect to hear from you... And I expect you to do the right thing. I will never give up trying to get from you what we are owed. The debt won't go away... Even after she turns 21... You still owe us what you owe us. On a positive note, I want to say that she and I have been blessed to have a wonderful man in our lives... He has been a great father to my daughter and raised her with love and patience. Some things to happen for a reason.
