This is the second year I have fallen into this stupid trap. I guess I should have learned the first time.
I did finally get everything figured out last year when I signed up for a magazine through P.M.I. (after they entered the wrong address TWICE). Now this year I signed up for 6 issues of Disney Winnie The Pooh on May 16. It has now been over 120 days and when I decided it was finally time to call them, I found that there is NO phone number anywhere on the reciept (how convenient). After a lot of looking around though and calling a whole bunch of numbers, I DID finally find the right phone number to get through to them. Here it is: (954) 341-8135!! Let me warn you first though, they aren't extremely polite or act like they really care to help you.
P.M.I. Told me that even though it has been over 120 days, the magazine I subscribed to is a "every-other" month subscription, so I should recieve it in October. I guess we'll see, huh? You better believe they'll be hearing from me again if I don't recieve it in October.
I WILL NOT give money to these kids the next time they show up to my door though after all this hassle. I also DO NOT recommend anyone waste their time or money with this company. You may eventually get your magazine, but it will be a big hassle before you do. And I love how quick they are to cash your check but ALWAYS take over the 120 days to send your magazine!!
