LVAAP aka NBPI aka USAPA is a scam.
They have sent four different letters in 2 weeks all of which claim to be worth between $1 million and over $3 million.
Each letter requires a $20 "processing fee."
The PO Box always changes by 1 or 2 numbers at the end, but they all go through Las Vegas, NV.
