In August of we bought a 99' isuzu rodeo from them. There were and still are grinding/rubbing noises coming from the back wheels.
They tried to fix the problem 4 times. On the 4th go, the manager said "If it isn't fixed this time, I'm not going to do anything else for you".
We were never offered an extended warranty, and were never told that the isuzu warranty was still on it, or that it even existed.
The truck had 42,000 something miles on it when we bought it. It now has 64,000 something.
A week ago the engine started making knocking noises. We haven't driven it since the day that started.
We have gone to the dealer to try and work something out and their idea of trying to help us is telling us that we need to come up with at least $2,000 to put down on another vehicle. We can't prove it, but they had to of known something may have been wrong with the truck befor we bought it.
I've never seen an engine go bad that fast. So koons outlet won't help us in anyway.
If you are a woman, watch out for the salesman named allen. He will treat you like you are nothing.
We have a 20 month old daughter and now we have no transportation. Stuck between a rock and a hard place, I no longer know what we can do about this situation.
We have them on breach of warranty I think, but we can't afford a lawyer to go after them.
If anyone knows of a way to try and fix this situation, I'm all ears.
