We bought a truck and our bank over paid them and now its up to us to get the difference refunded back to us. Well they act like we dont exist now that they have our money the scum bags could care less Ripoff

Our bank paid too much to Joseph Chevy Outlet when we bought our truck. We were then told that Joseph outlet would send usa refund. I thought no problem. Right! The salesman Dwayne could care less. He wont return my phone calls much less anything else. I guess Joseph needs our $87.00 more than we do.
