I was being a member with Chase CreditCards within the beginning of 1997. I was primarily getting very good benefits, but they were making many minor mistakes on several occasiong until the year of 2000. On September 22 - I needed immediate cash for refilling my vehicle within a very bad area of Philadelphia PA, but the gas-pumping machine would not accept my credit card, and making me immediately call Chase on a cellular and asking why.
They're reply has very much scared my body, and partially attacking my heart when only being 31 yrs old. Chase said they closed my card during that time related with a $51032 debt! And I have slightly used my card very lightly over the internet several weeks previously, but assuming that a specified site had unfortunately ripped me off. I specifically asked Chase where my card was immediately used for that debt - and they couldn't tell me then. I told them it was not myself and I wanted immediate assistance within a very bad area where I was staying, and they wouldn't care whatsoever!
After walking to a MAC machine, and finally paying cash for my immediate gas, I finally returned home and unfortunately not sleeping at all thruout the evening. I was very much tearing while including about my oncoming life has just been ripped off extensively and hurting me over many oncoming years!
And when I reached Chase 3 times the following day, and they kept transferring me to another department related with my debt over 3 hours while consistenly waiting. The final person said my money was being transferred to my American Express card - and with me immediately replying for never having one! After several few minutes, they recognized their problem and then saying they would give me that full amount back while during that same evening.
But talking with them each night and for the next 6 days, that was still not taken place - and I assumed they were ripping me off while also consistenly lying, which unfortunately made me create a physical threat the only time within my life and against them for putting my balance back to 0 and ASAP!
They didn't care about me, and only confronted their security who was then calling the PA State Police while also including the FBI related with my serious threat! But they never told them about the 51k debt whatsoever.
They ended up knocking my door, and I harshly confronted them while insisting they much assist myself. They unfortunately were almost laughing, and knowing I was a very gentle person, and for only talking with a DA about Chase's problems. But when more pressure given to the FBI several days later, Chase had finally given my balance back to 0 six days later and that was it.
But every year since then, they are still consistenly screwing up my Credit REport everywhere, and unfortunately creating additional debts with myself for not having a Credit Card for 11 months whatsoever and 3 years later! I physically had driven to the TransUnion company 36 times within Chester PA, and three times including the local police force for assistance, but the simply have know it was Chase's mistake and would not support me whatsoever! And when I even drove there without Car insurance related with my substantial bad credit, they both didn't care and simply walked away.
But when I called the Police 2 additional times, and 100% that it was Chase's mistake as related with my past Monthly statements, Trans Union had mailed Chase 3 consecutive months, and with Chase fully declining for removing my debt. But with almost physical pressure to TransUnion, they personally attacked Chase about this problem, and with Chase finally clearing up my credit report with them and supposedly the remainder of Credit Card companies.
But now within the year of my Credit Report is still substantially bad - and only because of their problems, and for me not having immediately electricity when temporarily contracted within a different state and related with my Credit report again. I confronted the police again, who just recommended for me talking with a shrink, and with myself also confronting the FBI again, they replied that they would arrest me if again being vulnerable.
My attorney's are still trying to resolve this over 5 past years, but unfortunately not receiving alot of cash from me related with Chase's mistakes, and many common DA's - DO NOT EVEN CARE for assistance. The Federal government better attack the Credit Card companies when they are creating problems, or I should substantially create a problem, so other companies can finally recognize the damage that can now be taken place!
