Union, wanted me to send $37.00 dollars to activate a credit card no bank affiliation no Ripoff

Union Workers Credit Services. Wanted me to send them $37.00 but provided no phone number, no web site, no references or anyway to check on them. There was no bank affiliation and they didn't specify what kind of credit card or any real details. Very scary.
