Ripoff, dishonest, unfair they want you to pay $249.99 activation fee before you can use credit card on purchases, then they need a percentdown on each item ordered

The company is just a rip off. They require you to pay $249.99 to activate your credit card. Also they want you to give a percentage down before you can get your order. I told them to cancel, they said it would affect my credit. I told them I dont care. I cant afford it. But they still took out $99. Each time.
So I called the bank to stop payment on each one.
